摘要
在同井采注水过程中,潜油电泵的冲刷磨损是一个严重的问题。采用CFD中的离散相方法研究潜油电泵叶轮内液流的流态,对固体颗粒冲击叶轮流道的壁面所造成的冲刷磨损进行数值模拟,确定了潜油电泵叶轮的冲刷磨损规律、固体颗粒的运动规律及冲刷磨损的主要发生区域。为防护方案的提出和对潜油电泵叶轮冲刷磨损过程及机理的进一步研究提供参考。
The particle impact erosion of electrical submersible pump is a serious problem in the process of Injection-Production for the same well. A research on the fluidity is proposed in the e- lectrical submersible pump impeller. The research is based on the discrete phase model in CFD. By numerical simulation of the impact erosion on the wall of the impeller fluid passage due to chatter caused by solid particles,the research finds the principles of impact erosion and the motion law of solid particles,determines the main areas of the impact erosion,provides direction for further re- search on protection scheme as well as the causes and mechanism of the erosion of electrical sub- mersible pump impeller.
