摘要
在普通抽油杆接箍外壁涂覆1层高硬度聚合物耐磨材料,成功开发出一种新型接箍。为评价该接箍的现场应用价值,采用管杆摩擦磨损试验机对其在3.5%NaCl溶液中的耐磨蚀性能进行测定。结果表明:与普通N80油管对磨时,新型接箍的耐磨性约为45钢接箍的3倍,且该新型接箍能减轻对磨油管的磨损,提高管杆摩擦副的整体寿命;与内壁搪玻璃N80油管对磨时,新型接箍的耐磨性仅比45钢接箍略好,无明显优势。该新型接箍适用于与普通金属油管对磨的井下,尤其适合腐蚀较严重的油井。
A kind of new sucker rod coupling was developed by bonding a layer of organic coating on the wall of common sucker rod coupling. In order to evaluate the practical application value,the wear-corrosion resistance of new coupling in 3.5 · NaC1 solution was tested by tube and rod fric- tion on wear tester. The results indicate that the wear resistance of new coupling is about as 3 times as that of 45 steel coupling when the counterparts are NS0 tubing. And new coupling can re- duce the wear of counterparts in a degree, improving the life span of whole friction pairs. When the counterparts are glass lining NS0 tubing,the wear resistance of new coupling is just little bet- ter than that of 45 steel coupling. Based on the experiment and analysis, the new couplings are suitable for the working condition of grounding with metal tubing, especially for the oil well with serious corrosion.
