摘要 利用自适应光学技术 ,对激光进行模式变换 ,可将高斯光束转换为均匀的矩形光斑 ,通过采用变形反射镜技术来具体实现对光束空间模式的变换 .研究了激光加工过程能量空间分布的实时任意调控原理与方法 ,试验分析了可调光束对材料的作用规律 ,从而实现对激光束的刃磨 . A Gaussian laser beam is transformed into a rectangular cross section uniform beam by Fourier transformation. Many uniform rectangular beams have been developed by deformable mirror in laser processing. Adjustable and transformative methods of space mold have been researched and the effects between laser beam and materials have been tested, which can be used to improve the quality of laser machining. The results of the experiments show that laser space mold can be changed and used for RP processes.
