杧果炭疽病菌微循环产孢的研究

摘要 报道不同培养条件对果炭疽病菌 (Colletotrichum gloeosporioides)微循环产孢的影响。该病菌微循环产孢的 p H值范围为 4.0~ 10 .0 ,最适为 6 .0 ;一定浓度的酵母膏液、葡萄糖液有利于其微循环产孢 ;黑暗、荧光与黑暗交替、荧光处理等促进微循环产孢 ,其中 ,以黑暗、荧光与黑暗交替处理产生的二次分生孢子的平均数最多 ,微循环产孢的适宜温度为 2 0℃~ 35℃ ,最适为 2 5℃~ 30℃ ;二次分生孢子的大小为 7.4μm~ 13.5 μm×2 .6 μm~ 4.2 μm。 The effects of cultivation conditions on microcycle conidiation in Colletotrichum gloeosporioides, were studied The suitable pH values for microcycle conidiation ranged from 4 0 to 10 0,the optimum at 6 0;the favourable temperature was from 20℃ to 35℃, and the optimum was from 25℃ to 30℃. Yeast extract and glucose in certain concentration could be helpful to microcycle conidiation. Microcycle conidiation was enhanced under treatments of black, and alteration of fluorescence and darkness ,and fluorescence. The highest average number of the secondary conidia was obtained under black, and alteration of fluorescence and darkness.The second conidia were 7 4 μm to 13 5 μm long by 2 6 μm to 4 2 μm wide.
