摘要
文章以正硅酸乙酯 (TEOS)、三氯化铁为原料 ,采用溶胶 -凝胶 (Sol-Gel)工艺 ,制备出均质透明的非晶态 F e2 O3-Si O2杂化材料。研究溶胶 -凝胶体系电化学性能 ,探讨 Fe2 O3-Si O2 杂化材料的杂化机理 ,并对该材料的结构和性能分别进行表征和测试。该材料具有优良的光谱选择性吸收性能 ,可作为光热转换材料。
The non crystal Fe 2O 3 SiO 2 hybrid material was prepared by sol gel process, using tetra ethoxy silane(TEOS) and FeCl 3 as start materials. The electric properties of sol gel system was studied and the hybrid mechanism of Fe 2O 3 SiO 2 material was explored.The structure and properties of the hybrid material were characterized and tested respectively.The material possesses excellent properties of spectrum absorbing selectively,and can be used for solar thermal conversion.
