25例ICU应用FloTrac/Vigileo系统血流动力学监测的护理体会

摘要 目的探讨ICU危重症患者应用FloTrac/Vigileo系统持续血流动力学监测的护理体会。方法通过FloTrac/Vigileo系统经外周动脉持续血流动力学监测技术在25例ICU危重患者的应用,寻找最佳的护理方法,包括动脉导管的护理,参数的记录和观察,并发症的预防等。结果 25例患者监测时间2～5 d不等,均未出现相关并发症,并为心功能评估提供了重要的参数。结论 FloTrac/Vigileo微创血流动力学监测技术创伤小,并发症少,操作简单,可很好的评估心功能。
