非体外循环下冠状动脉搭桥术530例临床分析 被引量：6

摘要 目的:探讨非体外循环下冠脉搭桥术(OPCAB)的临床疗效及其安全性。方法:分析OP-CAB 530例患者的临床资料,530例全部采用正中切口,使用乳内动脉及大隐静脉为桥血管。患者搭桥数目3～5(4.1±0.9)根,乳内动脉桥521根,双侧乳内动脉51根。结果:患者均于术后8～20h顺利拔出气管插管,早期心梗6例,低心排综合征12例,心律失常46例。脑血栓形成2例,2次开胸止血5例。早期死亡(术后30d内)4例。术后358例患者随访24月,心绞痛症状消失。结论:OPCAB手术安全可行,创伤小,并发症少。近期疗效满意。
