磁敏感加权成像诊断早产儿脑损伤的价值探讨 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨磁敏感加权成像(SWI)在早产儿脑损伤诊断中的价值。方法以37例早产儿脑损伤病例为研究对象,常规行横轴位T_1WI、T_2WI和DWI扫描,均增加横轴位SWI扫描。观察SWI与其他序列成像的特点,并比较病灶的检出数目。结果 21例脑室内出血有3例在SWI序列清楚显示,其他序列不明显。15例脑室周围白质变性有2例仅在T_1WI和DWI显示,而T_2WI及SWI未检出。SWI检出出血灶数目高于其他MRI序列(T=8,P=0.041),而脑室周围白质变性数目无显著统计学意义(T=18,P=0.132)。结论 SWI显示脑室周围-脑室内出血具有明显优势,而显示脑室周围白质变性方面并不比其他序列敏感。
