摘要 发展低碳经济对于黑龙江省推进生态文明建设,构建科技创新型省份具有巨大的推动作用。通过应用模糊层次分析法对黑龙江省的低碳经济发展因素进行综合评价分析,提出可操作性的对策,以促进黑龙江省低碳经济的发展。 The development of low -carbon economy in Heilongjiang Province, to promote the construction of ecological civilization, to build technological innovation province, has a huge role in promoting. Comprehensive evaluation analysis, practical measures are to pro- mote the development of low - carbon economy in Heilongjiang Province of Heilongjiang Province, the development of low - carbon econ- omy through the application of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process factors.
