摘要
目的了解青岛市城市与农村居民糖尿病相关知识的知晓情况,为有针对性地制定糖尿病防治策略提供依据。方法选取青岛市糖尿病流行病学调查的35～74岁人群4 567人,以市南区、市北区、四方区三区1 404人作为城市组,胶南、即墨二市居民3 163人作为农村组。使用自制的问卷进行调查。结果城市组糖尿病知晓率为40.5%,农村组为11.5%,城市组显著高于农村组(χ2=469.574,P<0.01)。通过上网、读报纸和(或)杂志、从医生和护士等医疗卫生工作人员处获得糖尿病知识,城市组高于农村组,看电视同时是两组重要的获得途径(48.0%、51.2%)。糖尿病的严重性(包括严重程度、是否可以预防、预防途径)、症状、并发症的知晓率,城市组均高于农村组,但两组对后两项的知晓情况低于其余项。结论农村是糖尿病宣传的薄弱环节,应注意农村糖尿病宣传的特殊性和针对性。可以利用电视节目加强宣传。应加强专业性较强的糖尿病相关知识的宣传。
Objective To investigate the awareness of related knowledge on diabetes in urban and rural residents of Qing- dao, so as to provide evidence for conducting a policy in prevention and cure of the disease. Methods The data of this study was selected from the epidemiological survey of diabetes-conducted in Qingdao in 4 567 persons of 35--74 year-old population. The resi- dents （1 404） of Shinan, Shibei and Sifang districts were classified as the urban group, and 3 163 residents of Jiaonan and Jimo as rural group. A self-designed questionnaire was used for the survey. Results The awareness rate of urban group was significantly higher than that of rural group, being 40.5% vs.11.5% （x2=469.574,P〈0.01）. More people in urban group than those in rural group acquired the knowledge on diabetes from internet, and/or newspapers, magazines and medical and health workers, and watc- hing TV was the important way for both groups to obtain knowledge, being 48.0% and 51.2%, respectively. The awareness rate of the disease＇s severity-including its level of severity, if it＇s preventable, the way of prevention-symptoms, and complications was higher in urban group as compared with rural group, but the awareness rate of the above last two items was lower in both groups than of the rest. Conclusion Countryside is a weak link of publicity on diabetes, an attention of its specificity and direction should be paid, TV program might be used for this purpose. Highly specialized diabetes-related knowledge promotion should be en- hanced.
