摘要
目的通过检测T-cadherin和P-cadherin在寻常性银屑病(PV)患者皮损和正常表皮组织中表达的差异性及其相关性,以探讨银屑病的可能发病机制。方法利用SP免疫组织化学法检测38例寻常性银屑病患者皮损组织和15例正常表皮组织中T-cadherin和P-cadherin的表达水平。结果 T-cadherin在寻常性银屑病皮损和正常表皮组织中的阳性表达率分别为26.32%和100.00%,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);P-cadherin在寻常性银屑病患者皮损和正常表皮组织中的阳性表达率分别为78.95%和13.33%,两者差异也有显著统计学意义(P<0.01);T-cadherin和P-cadherin在寻常性银屑病患者皮损组织中的表达呈显著负相关(P<0.01)。结论 T-cadherin在寻常性银屑病患者皮损中的表达水平明显低于正常表皮组织,提示T-cadherin可能与基底细胞失去正常黏附结构,导致异常增殖和分化不良有关。P-cadherin在寻常性银屑病患者皮损中的表达水平明显高于正常表皮组织,提示P-cadherin的异常表达与其角质形成细胞过度增殖有关;T-cadherin和P-cadherin在PV患者皮损组织中的表达呈显著负相关,提示两者可能存在着一定的内在联系,两者共同的表达结果可能导致了角质形成细胞的异常增生。
Objective To detect the expression of T-cadherin and P-cadhefin in psoriasis vulgaris and normal tissues, and compare their level and analyze their correlation to explore the possible pathogenesis of psoriasis. Methods Expression level of T-cadherin and P-cadherin were detected by immunohistochemistry SP in 38 specimens of psoriasis vulgaris plaque tissue and 15 specimens of normal epidermis tissue. Results The positive expression rate of T-cadherin in psoriasis vulgaris lesions and normal skin tissue were respectively 26. 32%, 100. 00% , the difference was statistically significant( P 〈 0. 01 ) ; The positive expression rate of P- cadherin in patients with psoriasis vulgaris lesions and normal skin tissue were respectively 78.95% , 13.33% ,the difference also was statistically significant(P 〈 0. 01 ) ;T-cadherin and P-cadherin expression in the tissues of patients with psoriasis vulgaris lesions showed a significant negative correlation( P 〈0. 01 ). Conclusion T-cadherin expression levels in patients with psoriasis vulgaris lesions was significantly lower than normal epidermis, suggesting T-cadherin loss of normal adhesion structure may be associated with basal cell poor differentiation and abnormal proliferation. P-cadherin expression levels in patients with psoriasis vulgaris lesions was significantly higher than the normal epidermis, suggesting abnormal expression of the P- cadherin may be associated with keratinocyte cell hyper-proliferation; T-cadherin and P-cadherin expression in the tissue of patients with PV lesions was significantly negatively correlated, suggesting that there may be some intrinsic link, the common expression of the two may result in abnormal keratinocyte proliferation.
