一种评价可转位涂层刀片切削加工性能的方法

摘要 尝试用自主设计的可转位涂层刀片(下简称涂层刀片)夹具,使涂层刀片固定于UMT-2型摩擦磨损试验机上,通过摩擦磨损试验模拟涂层刀片车削加工过程,评价了TiAlSiN和TiAl-CrN/TiAlN、刀尖圆弧半径0.4mm和0.8mm涂层刀片的切削加工性能。结果表明:采用以上方法可有效评价涂层刀片的切削加工性能。 An indexahle coating tool clampiag fixture fixing the tools on the fiction and wear test machine UMT-2 was designed. The process of lathe tool cutting was simulated by fiction and wear test to evaluate the cutting performance of coating tools with coating TiAlSiN and TiAlCrN/TiAIN, tools corner radius of 0. 4 mm and 0. 8 mm. The results revealed that the cutting performance of coating tools could be evaluated efficiently using above approach.
