摘要
目的探讨以拇指桡(尺)背侧动脉为蒂逆行皮瓣修复电击伤后拇指软组织缺损的临床效果。方法2009年10月至2011年10月,根据拇指高压电击伤后软组织缺损的不同部位,分别采用以拇指桡背侧动脉为蒂皮瓣修复7例,以拇指尺背侧动脉为蒂皮瓣修复2例,皮瓣切取面积5.0cm×3.0cm~2.0cm×1.5cm。结果术后9例皮瓣全部存活,随访时间3~7个月,拇指外形满意,功能无明显受限。结论该手术操作简单,术后皮瓣外形好,是修复电击伤后拇指软组织缺损的理想术式。
Objective To investigate the treatment effects of transferring thumb radial or ulnar dorsal artery reversed flap for repairing thumb soft tissue defects caused by electrical shock. Methods A total of 9 cases with thumb soft tissue defects caused by electrical shock were treated from October 2009 to October 2011. According to the different locations of the defects, radial dorsal artery flap was used in 7 cases while ulnar dorsal artery flap was used in 2 eases. The area of these flaps was from 5.0 cm × 3.0 cm to 2.0 cm × 1.5 cm. Results All 9 flaps survived after the operation. After 3 to 7 months follow-up, the thumbs were shown to have satisfactory appearance and no obvious function limitation. Conclusion This surgical procedure is simple and the flap has a good shape. Therefore, it is an ideal operation for repairing thumb soft tissue defects caused by electrical shock.
