摘要
为解决用电解铝液直接生产铸轧板存在的氢含量高、晶粒粗大等问题,通过不同比例电解铝液反复试验,确定了熔炼、铸轧工艺,并探讨了铸轧板板面质量、内在质量和板形等的控制方法。
In order to solve the problems of high content of hydrogen and coarse grains in continuous cast aluminum strip produced directly with electrolytic aluminum melt, the using ratio of electrolytic aluminum melt has been selected repeatedly. The melting technology and continuous casting technology have been settled. The surface quality, inner quality and flat- ness of the continuous cast strip have been researched. The controlling system of above men- tioned technologies have been selected as well.
