摘要
采用电感耦合等离子原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)同时测定复混肥料中5种植物有益元素钴、硒、硅、钠、镍的含量。实验结果显示,5种元素测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.16%~2.04%,加标回收率为100.78%~104.43%,检出限为0.006~11.10ng/mL。该方法操作简单、快速、精密度好、准确度高。
Inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectroscopy was applied to the analysis of Co,Se,Si,Na and Ni contents in compound fertilizers.The relative standard deviations(RSD)were in the range of 0.16%-2.04%,and the recoveries of 100.78%-104.43% were obtained,with the limits of detection in the range of 0.006-11.10ng/mL.The method has been proved to be simple,rapid,accurate and precise.
