摘要
以重庆发展战略性新兴产业的背景及其意义为切入点,分析重庆战略性新兴产业的发展基础和发展规划,并进一步从FDI、自主创新、财政政策和金融支持等方面设计进一步发展重庆战略性新兴产业的对策体系。
This article takes the background and significance of the strategic emerging industry development of Chongqing as the breakthrough point, analyzes its base and plan, and further designs a countermeasure system from the aspects of FDI, independent innovation, fiscal policy and financial support for the development of Chongqing＇ s strategic emerging industries.
