摘要
通过介绍当前社会对于体育专业人才的需求变化趋势和体育人才的培养模式,指出高校作为体育人才的主要培养单位急需建立体育人才培养模式的必要性,针对当前社会体育专业人才培养模式仿真研究缺少实证研究的问题,提出一种基于系统动力学的体育专业人才培养模式研究模型,以河南省2002年至2012年的体育专业学生招生就业状况数据、体育专业课程设置和人才培养等信息作为原始数据进行仿真研究。结果表明,基于系统动力学建立的社会体育专业人才培养模式仿真模型能够较好的模拟人才培养过程,模型仿真结果通过了有效性检验,但高校培养的专业人才数量远不能与人口数量需要匹配、课程设置存在一定误区、毕业生就业去向呈多元化趋势等原因造成仿真模型的灵敏度不高,模型的稳定性仍需要进一步的改进。
Through the introduction of the current social changes in demand for sports talents and the tendency of sports talents training mode, and points out that the University as the main sports talents training units needed to es- tablish a sports training model, in view of the current social sports professional talent training pattern research aspect blank, put forward a model of sports talents training model based on system dynamics, to Henan province from 2002 to 2012 sports professional students employment data, the physical education curriculum and the cultivation of infor- mation as raw data simulation. The results show that the model can process simulation, simulation model of talents cultivation of good social sports professional training system dynamics based on the simulation results, the validity of sensitivity, but the number of professional talents in Colleges and universities conveying cannot and population need to match, the curriculum some misunderstanding, graduates will be a cause of diversified trend caused by simulation the model is not high, the stability of the model needs further improvement.
