摘要
船体曲面板成型中,对给定的目标曲面,需要定量确定面内变形和弯曲变形,以确定合适的成型方法和加工路径。为了确定面内应变和弯曲应变的分布,需要研究影响曲面板上应变分布的各个参数。通过有限元仿真方法,分析初始曲率、板厚及目标曲率对曲面板上应变分布的影响,从而为应变和目标曲面形状对应关系的数据库的建立提供数据支持。研究结果表明,初始曲率对弯曲应变产生显著影响,但对面内应变影响很小;面内应变不受板厚变化的影响,而弯曲应变随着板厚增大而线性增大;面内应变和弯曲应变随着目标曲率的增大而增大。
In process of forming curved plate, determining in-plane deformation and bending detbrmatlon quantitatively for a given target surface is required, so as to obtain proper molding way. In order to determine distribution of strain, it is necessary to explore various factors affecting the distribution of strain. For this purpose, relation between various parameters, such as initial curvature, thickness of plate and target curvature, and strain distribution is analyzed with finite element method in this paper. That will provide data support to the creation of database of the relationship between the strain and the target surface shape. The study results show that initial curvature significantly affects the bending strain but little affects the in-plane strain; in-plane strain doesn't vary with the change of thickness and bending strain increases linearly with the increase of thickness; bending strain and in-plane increases linearly with the increase of the target curvatures.
