摘要
公务员考录制度作为我国干部人事制度的重要组成部分,评价标准的科学性是重要一环。本文从制度的合法性、合理性、稳定性、开放性和操作性五个方面对公务员考录制度的评价标准做出分析。
As an important component of China's personnel system, the system of enrolling civil servants through examination has kept evolving and improving over the past years since it was introduced in 1989. To examine and enroll civil servants in a scientific mode has not only been a key issue to study for civil service administrative agencies, but also a focal point attracting public attention. How should we define the assessment criteria? This article elaborates on the following five aspects, legitimacy, reasonability, stability, openness and operability of the system.
