波叶红果树叶片愈伤组织诱导研究 被引量:2

摘要 以波叶红果树无菌苗叶片为外植体,研究了生长素(NAA、2,4-D)、细胞分裂素(6-BA)以及不同植物激素组合对波叶红果树愈伤组织诱导和生长的影响。结果表明:以6-BA1.0mg/L+2,4-D 0.5mg/L+NAA 1.0mg/L激素组合愈伤组织诱导效果最佳,诱导率高达95.00%,生长旺盛。 Taking leaves of tube plantlets of Stranvaesia davidiana var.undulate as explants,the effects of different concentrations of 2,4-D,NAA,6-BA and different hormone combinations on the status of callus induced were studied.The results showed that callus of most vigorous growth were induced by the media 6-BA 1.0 mg/L+2,4-D 0.5 mg/L+NAA 1.0 mg/L,and the induction rate reached 95.00%.
