摘要
根据工程系统的安全原理,开滦集团经过几年的观察研究,寻得一套主要针对煤矿安全和事故防御的技术方案,这个方案可以做到"事事有人管、管理靠闭环、闭环保安全",为矿井安全管理开创了一条生产信息闭环管理道路。这个新发现也升级了煤矿排查生产隐患的技术,使采掘工作能够获得良好的"三项评价"。
Under the system security engineering principles,through observation and research,Kailuan Group found a set of major technical programme for coal mine safety and accidents prevention,which can be done ＂everything it was pipe,management by closed-loop,closed environmental safety＂ for mine safety management to create a closed-loop production information management road.This new discovery is also upgraded mine to troubleshoot production technology of vulnerability,allowing excavation work to get a good ＂three evaluation＂.
