普光气田大湾区块培育高效井关键技术 被引量:2

Critical technologies in cultivating high-efficiency wells in the Dawan Block, Puguang Gas Field,Sichuan Basin

摘要 四川盆地普光气田大湾区块气藏具有埋藏深、构造复杂、礁滩相储层非均质性强、展布不稳定等特点。借鉴普光气田主体的开发经验,以培育高效井为目标,根据气藏地质特点,构建开发地质和开发工程一体化研究平台,研究工作深度交叉,形成了一套培育高效井关键技术。在开发建设中,融合超深礁滩相储层预测技术和储层含气性预测技术,定量预测礁滩相气层,跟踪优化井身轨迹,实现开发井钻井成功率达100%,单井平均钻遇气层厚度为596m;集成应用气井投产层段优化技术、射孔参数优化技术和分段酸压增产技术,充分挖掘气井生产能力,实现开发井投产作业成功率达100%,单井实测无阻流量介于380×104~680×104 m3/d,完全达到了开发方案配产的要求。既为高效开发大湾区块奠定了坚实的基础,也为类似气田的高效开发提供了借鉴。 The Dawan Block of the Puguang Gas Field in the Sichuan Basin is characterized by great burial depth, complex structure, strong heterogeneity and unsteady distribution of reef-bank facies reservoirs. Based on the geologic characteristics and the previous development experience there, a research platform integrating development geology with development engineering is established to cultivate more high-efficiency wells. Therefore, a set of critical technologies are developed with intensive intersections among re search results. In the field development, the technologies in predicting ultra-deep reef-bank facies reservoir and gas-bearing proper ties are combined to quantitatively predict the gas reservoir of the reef-bank facies, track and optimize the wellbore trajectory, thus, helping rcalize a 100~ successful drilling rate of development wells and an average depth of wells targeting the gas zones with the thickness of up to 596 m. The technologies of optimizing production intervals of gas wells and perforating parameters, as well as staged acid fracturing stimulation are integrated to thoroughly stimulate the production capacity of each gas well. As a result, the successful drilling rate of development wells is 100% ; the successful rate of the wells put into production is also 100%, and the measured open-flow capacity of a single well reaches 3,800 to 6,800 thousand ma/d, completely meeting the requirement of the pro duction allocation in the development plan. In conclusion, these technologies lay a solid foundation for the efficient development of the Dawan Block and provide reference for analogous gas fields.
