摘要
本文从嵌入性视角研究合作社的生存空间塑造问题。合作社网络分析结果表明,西部合作社发展过程中外部力量嵌入是其发展的主要动力,且主要通过市场机制、互惠机制、服务机制和社会网络机制的建构拓展自身的生存空间,增加组织的生存几率。合作社制度嵌入过程中的策略分析表明,不同经营内容的合作组织的嵌入策略也表现出差异,由该产业体系内的市场发育情况所决定。
From Embedment perspective,the living space shaping process of cooperatives is discussed according to the results of network analysis.The results showed that the external resources are the main driving force to the cooperatives,which embedded in the development of cooperatives through the market mechanism,the reciprocity mechanism,service mechanism and social network mechanism,while the living space are expanded and the chance of survival of the organizations are increased.In addition,the cooperatives strategy analysis in the embedding process indicated that the strategy differences depended on the products,which determined by the marketing environment within the industrial system.
