摘要
随着公路交通的高速发展,对桥梁施工的成本、质量、安全、进度要求越来越高。在确保安全、质量的前提下,对如何加快高墩的施工进度进行了探索研究,在传统滑模、爬模、提升翻模、倒模优点的基础上进行改进,自行设计了全自动液压滑架及倒模多层大平台作业体系,该作业体系具有施工速度快、安全、经济等特点,成功应用于赫章大桥高墩施工。
Construction cost and quality and safety and progress for bridge construction are required higher and higher with rapid development of highway traffic.The authors analyze how to accelerate construction progress of high piers on the condition of ensuring safety and quality.On the basis of traditional sliding formwork and climbing formwork and lifting turnover formwork and reciprocal formwork,multi-layer large platform operations system for automatic hydraulic sliding framework and reciprocal formwork is designed,which has some characteristics,including quick construction,safety,economy and so on.The operations system is used in high pier construction of Hezhang Bridge.
