摘要
生物氧化提金工艺是针对难处理含金矿石非常有效的预处理工艺,它具有环境友好、金浸出率高等多种优势。本项目的研究重点是解决在高纬度极低温度环境下(项目实施地点全年平均温度-0.6℃,最低温度为-47℃)采用生物氧化提金工艺所需面对的各种问题。通过菌种投放、氧化级数分配、沉降技术及消泡技术等研究,最终项目的工程化取得了良好的效果。金的回收率由原来计价销售的76.67%提高到92.48%。
Biological oxidation gold extraction forrafraetory gold ores which possess the advantages process is a veryeffective pretreatment technology of low pollution and high leaching rate. The project focus on solving problems that produce when using biological oxidation gold extraction process in high latitude of extremely low temperature environment (the annual average temperature of the project place is --0.6℃ ,the lowest temperature is --47℃ ). Finally, the engineering of the project achieves good effect by the research of strain release,oxidation series distribution, settlement and the technology of defoaming. The gold recovery increases from 76.67% to 92.48%.
