复苏后急性肾损伤 被引量：6

Acute kidney injury after resuscitation

摘要 心跳骤停后即使一期复苏成功，仍可因自主循环恢复（resumption of spontaneous circulation，ROSC）后机体遭受全身性缺血再灌注损伤，从而引起多器官功能障碍，即复苏后综合征（post—resuccitation syndrome），急性肾损伤（acute kidney injury，AKI）是复苏后综合征表现之一。
