摘要
为研究益生菌在动物体内的存活能力,设计饲用益生酵母菌的耐酸驯化试验。通过逐步减低培养基pH值,驯化出对胃酸具有较高耐受性的酿酒酵母;经传代稳定后,采用人工胃酸对驯化效果进行检验。驯化后酵母菌的耐酸能力提高了52%。
To study the viability of probiotics in animal in vivo, tests were designed and conducted on feed probiotic yeast domestication of acid-resistance. In this study, the pH in the medium was gradually reduced to obtain domesticated Saccharomyces cerevisiae, and make it more tolerant to gastric acid, After stable passage, the domesticated effect was tested using artificial gastric acid fluid, which showed that the domesticated acid capacity increased by 52%.
