摘要
目的探讨DWI鉴别肝脏实质性良、恶性肿瘤的应用价值。方法分析经病理证实的59例肝实质良性肿瘤(包括肝腺瘤和肝局灶性增生即FNH)及48例肝脏恶性肿瘤患者的DWI定量分析结果,比较肝脏良性与恶性肿瘤ADC值的差异。结果 59例肝实质性良性肿瘤患者包括肝腺瘤及FNH的平均ADC值为(1.89±0.21)×10-3mm2/s;48例肝脏恶性肿瘤的平均ADC值为(1.29±0.26)×10-3mm2/s。肝实质性良性肿瘤与肝脏恶性肿瘤间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 ADC值对肝实质性良、恶性肿瘤鉴别无明显意义。
Objective To explore the application value of DWI in differentiating hepatic benign tumors from malignant tumors. Methods DWI quantitative analysis results of 59 cases with hepatic benign tumors (hepatocellular adenoma and focal nodular heperplasia) and 48 cases with hepatic malignant tumors which were confirmed by pathology were analyzed. Differences of ADC values between hepatic benign and malignant tumors were compared. Results The average ADC value of 59 cases with hepatic benign (hepatocellular adenoma and focal nodular heperplasia) was (1.89 ±0.21)×10^-3mm^2/s. The average ADC value of 48 cases with hepatic malignant tumors was (1.29 ±0.26)×10^-3mm^2/s. The differences between hepatic benign and malignant tumors had no statistic significance. Conclusion ADC value has no obvious significance to the differential diagnosis of hepatic benign and malignant tumors.
