摘要
间苯二甲胺主要用于环氧树脂固化剂和合成各种功能环氧树脂、聚氨酯以及尼龙等。目前国内生产技术相对落后.规模小,产品质量较差。随着环氧树脂消费量逐年增加,国内外间苯二甲胺需求将快速上升。本文综述了间苯二甲腈催化加氢合成间苯二甲胺的工艺技术进展,介绍一种新开发成功的改性Ranev Ni催化剂及工艺,可大幅度提高间苯二甲胺收率及产品质量,改善环保和劳动条件。
m-Phenyldimethylamine is mainly used as a curing agent of epoxy resins or in synthesis of various functional e-poxy resins, polyurethane and nylon. By now the domestic production technology is relatively backward with small scale and poor production quality. The demand for m-phenyldimethylamine will rise quickly at home and abroad with epoxy resins consumption increasing year by year. The article summaries the technology progress of synthesis m-phenyldimethylamine via catalytic hydrogenating iso-phthalonitrile and introduces a modified Raney Ni catalyst and new technology which may greatly raise the yield and improve product quality of m-phenyldimethylamine, improve conditions of environmental protection and labour safety.
