摘要
将表面改性后的纳米TiO_2填充于HIPS废料中,制备纳米复合材料。研究了纳米材料的表面处理方式及添加量对复合材料力学性能的影响。利用SEM考察了纳米TiO_2在基体中的分散状况。结果表明,添加1%经适宜表面处理剂处理的纳米TiO_2可有效地提高复合材料的力学性能。
The nano-composites of HIPS waste fdled with modified nano-meter TiO2 were prepared. The effects of surface modification of nano-meter TiO2 on the mechanical property of nano-compersites were studied. The dispersion of nano-meter TiO2 in nano-composites was examined by means of SEM. The results showed that the mechanical property of HIPS waste increased obviously when filling with 1 % nanometer TiO2 treated by appropriate coupling agents.
