摘要
阐述了NHD溶剂脱硫脱碳机理、工业应用特征 ,对NHD脱硫系统的溶液循环量、贫液H2 S贫度的控制、NHD溶液中水含量控制、NHD污染、腐蚀、板式换热器的使用和脱碳系统的氨冷器定位、溶剂中的水平衡、低压闪蒸槽的定位、氨冷器气氨压力控制、透平涡轮机的改造问题进行了分析 ,并总结了改造措施。
The article elaborates physical chemistry quality of NHD and its applicable characteristics in industry and its desulphurization decarbonization mechanism.It analyses desulphurization processing problems relating to solution circulating quantity and hydrogen sulphide controling and water quantity controling and NHD pullution and corrosion,also analyses decarbonization processing problems relating to ammonia condenser positioning and water balancing controling and low pressure flash tank positioning and turbine transformation,sums up the ways of transformation.
