摘要
研究了CaO-Al_2O_3-SiO_2系Al_2O_3瓷中添加不同量滑石对提高其抗折强度、硬度、耐磨性、密度等性能的影响。探讨了MgO在显微结构中所起的作用及影响机理,并找出了形成低温细晶95Al_2O_3瓷中添加滑石的最佳范围。
The effect of talc on the properties of the bending strength, hardness, abrasion resistance and density of Al2O3 ceramics in CaO-Al2O3-SiO2 system was studied.The function and effecting mechanism of MgO in mi-crostructure was discussed, and the optimum quantity of adding into talc for forming fine grain 95Al2O3 ceramics at low temperature was determined.
