摘要
针对某型桥梁检测车的上车结构,综合运用Ansys、Pro/E和ADAMS,创建了整机刚柔耦合虚拟样机模型并进行仿真分析,得到了仿真过程中转台的动应力特性。研究成果表明运用刚柔耦合虚拟样机技术对机械系统进行动力学研究的可行性,是将先进仿真分析技术应用到机械领域的进一步探索,所采用的方法对其他类似机械系统研究具有一定的参考意义。
Aiming at the superstructure of certain bridge detection vehicle, the overall rigid-flexible coupling virtual prototype is built, with related simulation analysis performed and dynamic stress characteristics of the turntable during the simulation process worked out through the software of Ansys, Pro/E and ADAMS. The research result shows that the rigidflexible coupling virtual prototype technology is feasible to facilitate dynamic study on the mechanical system, which shows the further exploration for the application of advanced simulation analysis technology in the mechanical field. The method is of certain reference significance for the research on other similar mechanical systems.
