摘要
通过分析轮压均衡性对大型斗轮堆取料机车轮及门座架疲劳强度的影响,阐述了轮压变化均衡对斗轮堆取料机安全稳定运行的重要性。通过计算分析各支点支反力的变化,找出轮压均衡性的影响因素及决定条件,并探讨了分析结果在不同形式的堆取料机中的实际应用。
The paper analyzes the effect of wheel-pressure equilibrium on the fatigue strength of wheel and portal frame for the large-scale arm bucket-wheel stacker and reclaimer, describes the importance of wheel-pressure change equilibrium to the safe and stable operation of the bucket-wheel stacker and reclaimer; through calculation and analysis of the changes of support reaction of different fulcrums, the contributing factors and decisive factors of wheel-pressure equilibrium are figured out. In addition, the practical application of analysis results in different types of stacker-reclaimer is discussed in the paper.
