摘要
介绍东风汽车有限公司商用车总装配厂装配三线技术改造项目中用于驾驶室分装线的新型倒置式积放输送机的设计,包括方案选定、张紧驱动装置设计、自由积放台车设计、线路设计计算等。该项目经2年多的使用,效果良好,在同类产品中具有创新性。更好地实现了产品的柔性装配,作为更为成熟的生产线可应用于汽车、拖拉机等相关行业中整车、底盘、发动机及变速箱、驾驶室等总成的输送、装配。
The paper introduces the design of new inversion power & free conveyor used for cab's sub-assembly line in the assembly 3-line renovation project of the commercial vehicle assembly plant of Dongfeng Motor Company Limited, including scheme selection, design of tension driving device, design of power & free trolley, along with route design and calculation, etc. Through more than two years of application in the project, it shows that the new device is of excellent effect and innovation in the same kind of products. The new design is provided with better flexible assembly, which can ap- ply to transportation and assembly of the complete vehicle, chassis, engine, gearbox, driving cab and other assemblies in related industries such as automobiles and tractors as the mature production line.
