摘要
利用金相显微镜和扫描电镜对A36热轧板表面压入缺陷进行了形貌和成分分析。结果显示压入缺陷深浅不一,并且在压入缺陷位置均发现连铸保护渣组分,由此表明粗除鳞后,未被除净的保护渣颗粒与氧化铁皮包覆在一起压入到铜板表面形成缺陷。通过调整加热温度和加热时间降低铸坯表面氧化铁皮和钢板的结合力,从而使压入缺陷的发生率显著降低。
The morphology, composition and phases of pressed-in defect were ananlyzed by means of SEM and OM. The constituent in CC mold flux were found on the place of pressed-in defect. It made clear that after roughing desealing, mold flux particle which has not been removed and scale were depressed on the surface of plate and caused the defect. By adjusting both heating temperature and heating time to decrease scale on the surface of billet and the cohesive force, which has reduced the rate of pressed-in defect greatly.
