基于CAN总线的联合收割机在线监测系统的设计与实现 被引量:7

摘要 从总体上设计了联合收割机在线监测系统,进行了多传感器的信号采集、数据处理以及故障预警。运用CAN总线,设计了联合收割机运动工作部件转速、谷物夹带损失、油耗和GPS信息在线监测系统。通过CAN总线传输所有信号,并在车载监测控制器上进行数据的在线显示、储存与报警。经现场试验结果表明:运用CAN总线的在线监测系统,工作稳定、可靠,实现了联合收割机田间作业的在线监测与预警。 The on-line monitoring system of combine harvester in the mass is designed. The system is used in multi-sensor signals, data processing and fault alarm. The application of CAN bus on the data acquisition of the speed monitoring, grain loss monitoring,fuel consume monitoring and GPS information system are designed, All signals were transmitted by the CAN bus. The monitoring controller could display the current data,store data and fault alarm. The experimental result showed this on-line monitoring system worked steadily and reliably, which realized the combined harvesters homework online field monitoring and warning fault alarm.
