摘要 非洲马瘟(AHS)是由非洲马瘟病毒(AHSV)引起的一种马属动物的急性和亚急性虫媒传染病,是马疫病中致死率最高的一种疫病,也是危害养马业和赛马比赛的最重要的疾病之一。应用各种诊断技术对该病进行准确和及时的诊断是预防和控制该病的前提。AHS的诊断技术包括病毒分离、RT-PCR、ELISA、病毒中和试验、补体结合试验等。每种诊断技术都有其优势和局限性,应根据检测目的并结合自身实验室条件等情况进行综合分析并加以选择使用。论文就AHS诊断技术进展进行概述。 African horse sickness(AHS),caused by African horse sickness virus,is an insect-borne disease of equids which is one of most important diseases of horses.The application of different diagnostic tests for accurate and timely diagnosis of the disease is the premise for the prevention and control of the AHS.The diagnostic methods of AHS include virus isolation,RT-PCR,ELISA,virus neutralization test,complement fixation test,and so on.Diagnostic methods for AHS should be chosen according to test purposes as well as other conditions as each method both has advantages and disadvantages.In this paper,the progresses on diagnostic techniques for AHS were reviewed.
