摘要
为了解神木县舍饲绒山羊乳房炎的发病情况,鉴定主要致病菌的耐药特征,为该县绒山羊乳房炎的防治提供理论依据和科学指导,本研究对兰州乳房炎检测试剂盒检测乳房炎强阳性的乳样进行了细菌的分离和鉴定,并对所分离的菌株进行了药物敏感试验。结果显示,共分离到到22株细菌,其中金黄色葡萄球菌8株,占36%;大肠埃希菌14株,占64%。药敏试验结果显示,葡萄球菌对先锋霉素Ⅴ高度敏感,对氟哌酸、红霉素、庆大霉素有耐药性;大肠埃希菌对先锋V和头孢拉定高度敏感,对头孢吡肟、庆大霉素有耐药性。结果表明,金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠埃希菌是导致神木县舍饲绒山羊乳房炎的主要病原菌,二者均对一些常见的抗菌药物产生了一定的耐药性。
In order to understand the prevalence and pathogen drug resistance of Cashmere goat mastitis in Shenmu county,the isolation,identification and antimicrobial susceptibility were conducted on bacteria isolated from mastitis positive milk.The results showed 8 strains of Staphylococcus aureus and 14 strains of Escherichia coli were isolated.the antimicrobial susceptibility test displayed that S.aureus were susceptible to cefazolin but resistant to ofloxacin,erythromycin and gentamicin,while E.coli susceptible to cefazolin and cefradine but resistant to cefepime and gentamicin.These results suggested that S.aureus and E.coli are the major pathogens of Cashmere goat mastitis and both are resistant to common antimicrobials.
