摘要
设计一种以微控制器为核心的微动工作台位移检测及伺服控制系统。信号处理电路采集传感器输出的信号,通过将其放大、滤波、细分辨向等处理后转换成脉冲序列送给微控制器,微控制系统通过I/O口发送方向控制信号和脉冲信号驱动步进电机旋转,带动微动台运动,通过在微动台上的光栅位移传感器的同步移动,实现对工作台位移量的检测。
A micro-motion working table system of displacement measuring and servo-controlling based on MCU is designed. The single-chip is used for controlling movement of the working table, controlling of the keyboard and display. The signal processing circuit samples the signal passed by grating displacement sensor, deals with it by amplifying, filtering and subdividing, and then switches it to a series of pulses which are sent to the single-chip. By IZO port, the single-chip sends the pulse signal and the direction controlling signal to make the step-servo motor turn. The working table brings along the grating displacement sensor moving, and meanwhile, the displacement is measured by the sensor.
