摘要
滚动轴承的检测与故障诊断中主要应用的是振动分析法。采集轴承的振动信号,利用信号处理方法提取不同工作状态下信号的特征,通过这些特征,采用模式识别方法识别轴承状态,其中信号特征提取和状态识别是关键。本文研究了滚动轴承振动信号特征提取的主要方法。
Detection of rolling bearings and fault diagnosis mainly uses vibration analysis.We should collect vibration signal of bearing,make use of signal processing methods to extract the characteristics of the signal under different working conditions,then through these characteristics and pattern recognition methods,we can identify the bearing condition.In this process the signal feature extraction and state recognition are vital.This paper discusses the main method of extraction of rolling bearing vibration signal feature.
