摘要
研制出吸附性能好、气流阻力小的蜂窝状活性炭 ,并首次将其应用于大风量有机废气的治理设备中。通过蜂窝状活性炭的吸附浓缩作用 ,将大风量、低浓度的有机废气转换成小风量、高浓度的有机废气 ,后者可在催化燃烧床上转变成无害的CO2 和H2 O ,并保持稳定的自持燃烧状态。与传统工艺相比 ,采用该方法具有净化效率高、无二次污染、运行成本低的优点。
Honeycomb shaped active carbon was prepared and first applied in organic pollution control technique for large airflow capacity. It has large adsorption ability and low resistance. By its concentrating adsorption, large flow and low concentration of organic waste gas were changed to smaller flow and higher concentration. The latter was passed into catalytic combustion chamber to convert into carbon dioxide and water, which could maintain self burning. Compared to traditional technology, this technology has the advantages of high purification efficiency, no residual waste generation, and low maintenance costs.
