摘要
采用PreVent预排/切割气相色谱(GC)进样技术,对多种多环芳烃(PAHs)致突变物质进行大体积进样(LVI)分析,并与常现毛细管色谱进样方式进行比较,最大进样量为125μl,检测灵敏度可提高0.5—2个数量级以上,检测精度一般<5%.
Determination of mutation PAHs (trace polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons) with different concentration and injection volumes respectively, using PreVent GC system. When we compare the two (the large-volume injection and the routine capillary injection), we can see a striking difference. The experimental results show that the sensitivity of detection enhanced 1-2 order magnitude, as well as precision (% RSD) < 5% .
