摘要
应用平面波展开法研究了ZnO、ALAs、GaP和HgTe四种材料构成金刚石三维光子晶体形成的带隙结构,结果发现随着四种材料的折射率和介电常数增加,带隙宽度也逐渐增加,高介电常数的材料容易形成较宽的光子晶体带隙,研究结果为金刚石结构三维光子晶体的制备提供参考。
Application of plane wave expansion method study of ZnO,ALAs,GaP and HgTe composed with four materials Diamond three-dimensional photonic crystals formed the band gap structure,it was found with four kinds of the refractive index of the material and the dielectric constant increases,the band gap width is gradually increasing,high dielectric constant material is easy to form a wide photonic crystal the band gap,the results for the diamond structure and preparation of three-dimensional photonic crystals provide reference.
