摘要
通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对纸基摩擦材料的微观结构进行分析,探究纸页匀度、树脂浸渍量和树脂种类对其磨损性能的影响。结果表明:纸页匀度差,容易造成树脂的局部富集,引起摩擦过程中应力的集中,材料的磨损严重;匀度良好的纸页制作摩擦材料,表面均匀、平实,磨损率低;纸基摩擦材料中树脂含量在28%左右磨损率最低;相同的摩擦条件下,双酚A型硼酚醛树脂浸渍的材料摩擦性能稳定性高,磨损率小,优于2123酚醛树脂。
By SEM analysis on microstnacture of paper-based friction material, effects of paper uniformity, resin impregnation and resin type on the wear properties were studied. The results showed that the paper uniformity is poor, easy to cause the local enrichment of resin, and cause stress concentration during friction, wear rate of materials is high. Evenness good paper make friction material surface uniformity, plain, low wear rate. Paper-based friction material of resin content in 28% has the lowest wear rate, the same friction condition, the friction performance stability of material production of bisphenol a type of boron phenolic resin is high, small wear rate, better than 2123 phenolic resin.
