民族地区高校蒙汉双语授课专业教育教学改革探析——以内蒙古财经大学民族班为例 被引量:6

摘要 少数民族财经人才的培养是提高西部民族地区财经类高校整体教育教学质量及办学水平、促进民族财经教育特色发展的关键。本文以内蒙古财经大学民族班为例,通过总结回顾1981年至今蒙汉双语授课专业的教育教学概况,提出蒙汉双语授课专业教育教学改革应实现管理更加规范化、构建完善课程体系、加强师资队伍建设和教材建设、重视民族班学生管理工作、强化实践能力的培养等。 Cuhivating ethnic minority talents of finance and economics is the key to improving overall education and teaching quality and school running level of universities of finance and economics in western ethnic regions and promoting characteristic development of ethnic finance and economics education. This paper, taking minority class of Inner Mongolia University of Finance and Economics as an example, summarizes Mongolian-Chinese bilingual teaching experience since 1981. It also proposes that in teaching reform, administration should be standardized, curriculum should be optimized, teaching body and teaching material development should be enhanced, more attention should be paid to minority class management and students' practical ability should be strengthened.
