摘要 企业主与职业经理人信任问题是困扰我国家族企业发展的难题之一,这一难题在工业化后的美国、日本等发达国家已不复存在。本文通过"力帆经理人背叛"和"国美控制权之争"两桩案例,揭示雇主与职业经理人信任缺失的社会历史根源:一方面,受"家文化"主宰不相信外人;另一方面,频繁发生的职业经理人背叛行为,强化了企业主对经理人的戒备心理。此外,不愿曝露企业的制度秘密,也妨碍企业主对经理人的接纳。 The trust problem between business owners and professional managers is one of the problems in development of family enterprises in China. However, the problem in the industrialization of the United States, Japan and other developed countries didn't exists any more Through ' LIFAN managers betrayal' and ' struggle for control of GOME' two cases, This paper shows that employers and managers lack of trust in the social and historical root causes : on the one hand, the ' Home Culture' dominated so that strangers are not trusted; Occurrence of professional managers betrayal, on the other hand, the psychological. In addition to exposure the system of the of business owners to the manazers. strengthening the business owners to the managers on enterprise secret, also interfere with the acceptance
