摘要
企业主与职业经理人信任问题是困扰我国家族企业发展的难题之一,这一难题在工业化后的美国、日本等发达国家已不复存在。本文通过"力帆经理人背叛"和"国美控制权之争"两桩案例,揭示雇主与职业经理人信任缺失的社会历史根源:一方面,受"家文化"主宰不相信外人;另一方面,频繁发生的职业经理人背叛行为,强化了企业主对经理人的戒备心理。此外,不愿曝露企业的制度秘密,也妨碍企业主对经理人的接纳。
