摘要
采用电感耦合等离子体质谱比较鉴定来源不同的紫菜中的镉含量。结果表明,野生紫菜镉的含量约为养殖紫菜的两倍,且具有显著性差异。以紫菜标准物质为参考,精密度、准确度和回收率试验结果表明,此方法准确可靠,适用于不同来源农产品中重金属镉含量的测定。
Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry was used to determine the concentration of Cd in laver after microwave digestion. The result showed that the content of Cd in wild laver was higher than cultural laver by 2 times, and there were significant differences between them. The recovery and precision experiment proved this method was reliable and accurate to detect the standard reference material of spinach (GBW 08521).
