摘要
目的:探讨反思日记法促进手术室低年资护士评判性思维能力培养的效果。方法:以深圳市某医院5名手术室低年资护士为研究对象,在临床工作及培训中应用反思日记法,并以评判性思维能力测量表(CTDI—CV)进行测评,对开展反思日记活动前后不同时期的低年资护士评判性思维能力得分进行比较。结果:采用反思日记法前后,低年资手术室护士在CTDI—CV总分及寻找真相、开放思想、分析能力、系统化能力、评判自信心、求知欲、认知成熟度7个维度上的得分都明显提高,且差异均有统计学意义。结论:反思日记法是培养护理人员批判性思维能力的有效方法之一,有效促进了低年资护士较快提高专业技能,对培养低年资护士的临床评判性思维能力具有良好效果。
Objective :To cliscuss on the effect of critical thinking improving of junior nurses working in operation room by reflective journal. Methods :5 junior nurses working in the operation room were asked to keep retlective journal and the whole process was observed. We used the fa- mous critical thinking ability test scale CTDI - CV to evaluate tt^e working performance of the 5 junior nurses before and after reflective journal method and found out the difference. Results:Before and after the reflective journal,there were significant differences among total scores of CTDI - CV. And the scores of the six different dimensions of CTDI - CV told the ability differences of looking for the truth, open thought, analysis abili- ty,systematic ability ,judge self- confidence, and desire. Conclusion:Reflective journal is an effective way to improve the critical thinking ability of new nurses working in the operating room, and the dairy content reflect the professional skills they need to do well in operating room. Keeping training and discussing regularly help to improve the critical thinking ability of low qualification nurses.
