泵房筏基底板混凝土裂缝控制技术初探

摘要 混凝土裂缝在实际建构筑施工中较为常见,其中水泵房大体积混凝土底板裂缝尤为突出,不仅影响结构安全和使用功能,而且修复费用也相当惊人.海南昌江核电厂淡水取水泵房工程在泵房筏基底板混凝土施工中,分别在前期准备、工艺流程、浇筑顺序和蓄水养护等环节采取措施严加控制,预防了大体积混凝土有害裂缝的产生.对同类工程施工中分析混凝土裂缝产生机理并采取针对性预防裂缝措施具有借鉴意义. Concrete crack emerges commonly in the actual building construction, especially for the mass concrete of water pump house, which not only has a bad influence on structure safety and using function, but also costs much in repairing. Therefore, it is of important significance to analyze the mechanism of concrete crack and to take preventive measures to crack control. This paper carries on a discussion on the raft board concrete construction in pump house engineering of Hainan Changjiang Nuclear Power, in the terms of previous preparation, process flow, pouring sequence and water conservation and other aspects, so as to prevent the harmful cracks in mass concrete pump house.
